Just a well-suited match for a weekend jaunt in Santa Cruz with definitely value for money. The pool area was a nice spot for relaxing after a long day. Bring some extra snacks to enjoy by the poolside for a better experience.

comfortable stay but breakfast needs improvement
The pool view from our room was stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The garden area was well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. Staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome during our whole visit.
The breakfast choices were limited, especially the fruit selection which could use more variety.

The beautiful garden space really stood out during my visit. I loved how clean and comfortable the Standard Triple Room felt, providing a nice relaxing atmosphere. The terrace was a great bonus for enjoying the evening. However, I faced some issues with the wifi disconnecting multiple times, which was frustrating. The noise from other guests lingered for a while, and the hotel staff didn't respond to my concerns promptly. The courtyard appeared a bit unkempt, with chipped paint and some missing posts. This place has great potential, but some attention to detail is needed.

Nice garden area and clean room. Free wifi worked well but noisy air conditioning.

Staying with five kids was a blast! We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool. The kids loved the spacious family room, which made it so easy to unwind after beach adventures. Plus, the staff was accommodating, which made our stay all the more pleasant.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could have had more variety.

Cozy courtyard but noisy rooms
The beautiful courtyard and the nice coffee in the morning were highlights of my stay. However, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Had an awesome time with friends chilling on the beach every day. We also checked out some local adventure spots, which were a blast! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was perfect for lounging around. If you're looking for a mix of relaxation and fun activities, this place has both. Don't forget to try the local food nearby!
One morning, the breakfast took longer than we expected, which was a bit annoying when we wanted to get out and explore.
